I've been practicing law for the past 10 years. My work history has primarily involved working in a counseling or teaching capacity. Focusing my practice on probate law has been a good fit for me. I enjoy working with people and my strong work ethic, compassion and counseling skills make me a good lawyer. Legal matters are usually complex and the legal system is not always so easy to understand. I am good at explaining the legal process and I am attentive and available to my clients.
I am sensitive to the issues related to the death of a family member or loved one, and I understand the complexities involved in conservatorship matters. I am fully aware that my clients often feel overwhelmed with their new duties whether it be a trustee of a family trust, a conservator, or the personal representative of an estate. It is my job to make sure that my clients understand their legal responsibilities and we work together to ensure that the estate is administered properly. It is also important to me that I get the job done in a timely manner so that my clients can move on with their lives.
